Eligible returns and exchanges must be initiated within a reasonable period from the date of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. This includes tablecloths free from stains, wrinkles from use, or damage; sofa covers that have not been installed or altered; and pillows that remain in their original packaging, with no signs of wear or tampering. Products that show signs of use, damage, or improper care will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Defective products are eligible for a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost to you. A defective product is one that has a manufacturing error, such as faulty stitching, torn fabric, incorrect sizing (not due to customer measurement errors), or damaged filling (for pillows). Minor imperfections, such as slight fabric pattern variations or small stitching irregularities that do not affect the product’s functionality, are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
Custom-sized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are defective. This includes custom-cut tablecloths, made-to-measure sofa covers, or personalized pillows, as these products are crafted specifically for your requirements and cannot be resold.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must follow the designated process outlined on our website. This involves providing your order details, selecting the reason for the return or exchange, and obtaining guidance on how to package and ship the product back. It is your responsibility to package the product securely to prevent damage during transit; we recommend using the original packaging if possible. Please do not send the product back without first initiating the return process, as this may delay processing.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (such as sending the wrong product or size). If the return is eligible for free shipping (due to defect or our error), we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs upon receipt and inspection of the product.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to verify eligibility (condition, packaging, defect status) within 3–5 business days. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. For refunds, the funds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
